It’s May and that means summer is almost here! Time for open toe sandals and fresh mani/pedi’s!
It’s been a little while since I posted in the LifeStyle Corner so I thought I’d share some fun, summer Nail Art suggestions with you!
I was grabbing some items at CVS when I came across several fun press-on nail sets in the beauty section. I thought, “This is perfect!!!” because my current nail situation is a disaster! I had to file them down to the same length and start over.
In the meantime I picked up a few sets and will play with them over the next few weeks while my nails grow in. I must say, press-on nails have come a LONG way! They come in all shapes, sizes and design patters now-a-days!
Even if you aren’t waiting for your nails to grow, these are great if you just want to have some fun or if you have an event coming up and you can’t get to your local nail shop! They can last for up to 7 days, after that they start to look old!
Kiss Nails has a few designs that caught my eye. If you like longer nails they are great, I prefer my nails short so I did clip and file them down to a more petite style. I do believe they have ‘petite’ styles but this particular CVS did not carry them in the style I liked.
If you don’t like to deal with the filing, Broadway nails has a line of petite nail sizes with varied styles that are great as well!
Here is how they turned out…
Pick up a set at your local CVS, Target, Walmart etc…they price out at $6-$8 depending on the retail chain.
